2. What is the process for order verification? After placing an order on our website, you will receive an automated email/SMS containing your order details. You will also receive a phone call from our customer support department for order verification. Simply answer the call to verify your order. 3. What are the exchange, return, and refund policies for rangreet.pk? Products can be returned within 07 days of purchase if the packaging remains unopened. If you've opened the packaging and are dissatisfied, contact us at 0800- for guidance. You have the following options for returning your product/s: Ship your parcel to Rangreet: Return the product/s directly to Rangreet Collection Rabi Center, Faisalabad, Pakistan. Once received, we will refund your payment after verification of the returned parcel via Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash or dispatch the exchanged product/s to your address. Reverse Pickup: Our partner courier can collect the product/s from your delivery address. Upon receipt, we will deduct Rs 200 from your order amount and refund the remainder via Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash. If you suspect your product has been tampered, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back. Note: There will be no return and exchange on sale Products.

4. How do I return Rangreet products purchased from a different retailer? For Rangreet products bought from another website, follow the return and refund instructions provided on that site. For purchases made at our retail partners, return the item to the respective store according to their policies for returns and refunds or refer to their customer support for more information.
